💼 Job Description

As our first dedicated Creator Community & Partnerships Manager, you will help creators using Plaza succeed and get the most out of the platform. It’s an opportunity to work directly with some of the best product experts and influencers.

Ideal candidates will be energized by building and managing impactful external relationships, facilitating partnerships between creators and brands, cross-functional collaboration, and constructing strategic communications.

We’re still early in our journey, and we are looking for someone to help us manage our ever-increasing community. This is a hands-on role, and we’re looking for someone who is motivated and excited about what we’re building and is looking for challenges.

🤝 Reports To

This position will report directly to the Co-Founder and CEO, Soaib Grewal.

💥 What We Need Your Help With

  • Nurturing our community of creators and ensuring their getting the most out of the platform
  • Managing day to day creator side, post onboarding operations
  • Managing weekly communication - social, in-app, and newsletter
  • Identifying and managing key creator accounts
  • Communicate new features and program launches
  • Create new programs to boost creator success and community engagement
  • Being the voice of the creators in product and business meetings
  • Provide critical input on new features and product direction
  • Collaborate with the brand team to define strategy and identify new opportunities
  • Facilities and manage creator and brand collaborations
  • Attend meetings with brands to help them discover the best creators to work with
  • Create content to help creators grow their businesses and communities using Plaza

🔍 What We Look For

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, talent management, community management, customer success, or client servicing
  • Prior experience in influencer marketing, creator economy, or DTC
  • Someone with a passion for creators, content, and social commerce
  • A love for networking and meeting new people
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Thorough understanding of creator economy and community building
  • Previous experience with influencer marketing/agency preferred
  • Knowledge of the current creator commerce market is a bonus
  • Constantly questioning the current status quo and relentless at solving problems to drive continuous improvement
