Alfredo S. Panlilio

Alfredo S. Panlilio is the CEO at PLDT. Alfredo has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

Alfredo started their career in 1985 as a Systems Analyst for Software Ventures International, Inc. Alfredo then moved to IBM Philippines, Inc. in 1992, where they worked their way up to Industry Head. In 1997, they left IBM to join the Lopez Group of Companies as VP of Business Development for the Communications Group.

In 1999, Alfredo joined PLDT as President and CEO of PLDT Global Corporation. Alfredo served in this role for 11 years before moving to MERALCO in 2010, where they became Senior Vice President, Head of Customer Retail Services, Corporate Marketing and Communication.

Alfredo returned to PLDT in 2019 to assume the role of CEO. Under their leadership, PLDT has continued to grow and thrive as one of the leading telecommunications companies in the Philippines.

Alfredo S. Panlilio has an MBA from HKUST Business School and another MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Alfredo's undergraduate degrees are in Business Management concentration on Computer Information Systems from San Francisco State University and in Business Administration and Management, General from University of Hawaii at Manoa. Alfredo also has an undergraduate degree from Chaminade University of Honolulu. Alfredo's high school is from Ateneo de Manila University.
