Danica Mae Montuya - Dequito

Danica Mae Montuya - Dequito has extensive experience in the engineering and safety sectors, currently holding multiple leadership roles at PLDT since September 2018, including Head, Utility Management Coordinator, and PF Risk and Compliance Officer. Prior to this, Danica served as the Safety and Environment Supervisor at Manila North Harbour Port Incorporated from September 2015 to September 2018, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with safety regulations and recommending process improvements. Earlier positions included Laboratory Chemist at Chemdis Manufacturing Corporation and Process Engineer at Amkor Technology Philippines, focusing on product development, quality checks, process implementation, and problem-solving methodologies. Danica graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas in 2012.
