Marielle Rubio

Marielle Rubio currently serves as the VP and Program Management Head for the People Group at PLDT, where responsibilities include leading transformative efforts in staffing, capability building, skills training, and organizational design to enhance workforce efficiency and culture. Prior to this, Marielle held the position of VP and Division Head for Service Operations at Makati Medical Center, providing leadership and oversight to ancillary departments to ensure high-quality healthcare services. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy Site Director at ePLDT Ventus, where management of multiple campaigns and oversight of a team of operations managers was key. Marielle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of the Philippines.
