Betty Ozaki

Betty Ozaki is an experienced tourism and hospitality professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Product Director for Japan & Asia at Pleasant Holidays since July 2017, Ozaki develops and launches destination offerings for American travelers to Asia. Previously held the position of Director for Japan & Korea at The Leading Hotels of the World from October 2007 to December 2016, where Ozaki managed a team of 14 employees and was responsible for brand development and revenue growth. Prior roles include Director Business Performance, overseeing more than 50 member hotels in the APAC region, and Regional Director for Japan at Halekulani, where responsibilities included leading a global sales team and managing hotel operations.
