Andyshea Saberioon has held a variety of positions in the hospitality and technology industries since 2007. In 2007, they interned under a Senior Head Developer at Valencia Group, where they worked on the construction and development of the brand's newest property. In 2008, they worked as a Valet Attendant at the Madison Hotel Memphis. In 2009, they interned under a Head Researcher and Developer at Westmont Hospitality Group, where they created demographic reports and market reports. In 2010, they worked as a High School Basketball Coach (JV/Varsity) at Second Baptist School. In 2011, they interned in the Front Office at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel and also worked in the F&B department as a Pool Attendant at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. In 2012, they worked in Revenue Management at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where they worked with a portfolio of 15+ Starwood Properties. From 2013 to 2018, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of PledgeCents, a technology startup, where they developed the initial business plan and led the formation of the company. Since 2018, they have been the Managing Partner at Alvand Properties.
Andyshea Saberioon graduated from Rhodes College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General. Andyshea then went on to pursue a Master's degree at the University of Houston in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management, which they completed in 2012.
