Brayan Acebo

Brayan Acebo serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Plei, Inc., where Brayan leads the company's technology transformation, establishes technical vision, and builds high-performing engineering teams to support global growth. Simultaneously, Brayan acts as a mentor for Endeavor Colombia, advising startups on technology and AI adoption. Previously, Brayan held significant positions such as Vice President of Tech & Product at Chiper, where a transition to a Marketplace model was executed, and Chief Product Officer at Grability, where a top 10 eCommerce platform was developed in collaboration with major brands. Brayan's career began at ParqueSoft as a software engineer and has evolved through various roles across technology and product management, underpinned by a Master's degree in FinTech & Business Analytics from EADA Business School and a Systems Engineer degree from Universidad Icesi.
