Allison Chu, MBA, is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as an Assistant Photographer for the Dallas Mavericks and as an Influencer Marketing Manager at both Korora Agency and Plein Air Agency. As the founder of Allison Chu Photography, Allison has effectively increased local restaurant visibility in the DFW Metroplex and notably grew the Instagram account @dallisoneats by 223% within a year. Previous roles include Digital Community Marketing Manager at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, where digital sales increased by 41% in one month through targeted campaigns, and various marketing positions at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group and Tandem Theory. Allison holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of North Texas and a B.S. in Sport Management from Texas A&M University.
