Currently serving as the Creative Culinary Dude at Plein Air Agency since February 2021, Eric has also held significant positions such as Director of Culinary at Cotton Patch Cafe and Vice President of Culinary Services at Culinary Concepts Group. With a career spanning over two decades, Eric has demonstrated expertise as Managing Culinary Partner at Mexican Sugar and as Vice President of Culinary Development at PFCB Inc, overseeing brands like PF Changs and Pei Wei Asian Diner. Eric's culinary journey is complemented by a BA in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin.
