Mikael Blixman

Mikael Blixman has diverse work experience within the supply chain and purchasing field. Mikael started their career as a Key Account Sales at Comptrade AB in 2006, where they were responsible for sales and procurement of electronics components. In 2008, they founded their own consulting business called Blixman Consulting AB, specializing in helping small to medium-sized companies improve their supply chain processes.

In 2012, Mikael joined HANZA Göteborg AB as the Manager of Procurement, where they were responsible for purchasing and logistics within the factory. Mikael was also a part of the management team and the global supply team at HANZA.

Mikael then moved on to Propoint AB in 2015, where they served as the Strategic Purchasing Manager. In 2016, they joined HANZA Group as a Purchasing Coordinator, responsible for coordinating purchasing activities.

Mikael'smost recent role was at Plejd AB, where they held the positions of Supply Chain Manager and later Chief Operating Officer from 2018 onwards. As the COO, they played a key role in overseeing the company's operations.
