Johanna Luce is an experienced People & Culture professional, currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at Plenary Group since March 2023. Prior to this role, Johanna held the same title at AJG Australia from March 2022 to March 2023. Johanna's career spans over several years in the field, including a position as People & Culture Adviser at AUB Group Limited from January 2016 to March 2022 and a role focused on People Development at St. James’s Place from October 2008 to May 2013. Johanna holds an Advanced Diploma and a Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Bridge Business College, completed between 2016 and 2019, along with foundational education from Cirencester College and Cirencester Deer Park School.
