Tania Trueba

Tania Trueba is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in therapeutic settings and human resources. Currently, Tania serves as a clinical psychologist at Plenna since April 2022, focusing on helping individuals manage their internal worlds with empathy and respect. Since March 2019, Tania has also been a preschool teacher at BabyCET, overseeing groups of young children. Previously, Tania worked as a psychologist at Transformate, providing therapeutic strategies for children, and held the position of head of human resources at Grupak, managing multiple units and coordinating HR activities. Additional roles include inplant payroll service at Grupo ampm/Soluciones Logísticas and psychologist at Fundación Rafel Dondé, where Tania conducted educational workshops. Tania holds a degree in psychology with a focus on labor areas from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
