Tom Cadden

Tom Cadden has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tom started their career at Arval - BNP Paribas Group in 2007 as a Customer Service Advisor, specializing in Third Party Fuel. Tom then transitioned to a role as a Sales executive in the Rental department before moving to Plenti in 2010. At Plenti, Tom worked as a SME Direct - Account Manager and later transitioned to become a National Business Development Manager at MotoNovo Finance in 2013. In this role, they focused on providing finance solutions to dealer partners in the south east UK and growing loan volumes from car, commercial vehicle, and motorcycle dealers. In their most recent role at Plenti as a National Sales Manager, they led a team of business development managers and relationship managers for the company's broker personal loan team.
