Davona Douglass

Davona Douglass currently serves as the Senior Intellectual Property Director at Plenty®, overseeing intellectual property initiatives since January 2018. Prior to this role, Davona held various positions including Director at the Wyoming Technology Transfer and Research Products Center from August 2008 to December 2017, where responsibilities included patent and copyright licensing. Additional experience includes an appointment as Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2009 and roles as an Intellectual Property Analyst and Research Scientist, as well as a Research Assistant at the University of Wyoming. Early career involvement included administrative support at Colorado State University. Davona earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Wyoming.
