Dima Bykov is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design for Growth at Pleo since May 2024, Dima previously held the role of Product Director (Fractional) at Para and was the VP of Product & Design at OSOME, where leadership of 12 product teams contributed to significant growth and operational efficiency in B2B fintech SaaS. Dima's tenure at Yandex involved multiple leadership positions, including VP of Design for Yandex.Market, where oversight of a large team and strategic direction led to innovative customer experiences and substantial investments. Dima's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Integrated Electronics and Microsystems and further studies at UC San Diego, coupled with membership in the Design Leadership Forum that demonstrates commitment to advancing design leadership practices.
