Harriette Smith

Harriette Smith is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, and CRM management. Currently serving as the Lead Marketing Operations Specialist at Pleo since April 2022, Harriette previously held roles including Campaign Operations Manager and CRM/Lifecycle Marketing Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Trint and various marketing and account management roles at Perkbox, Inamo Restaurants, Northbridge Brewing Company, and News Corp. Harriette holds a Master's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, both from Curtin University.
