Tristan Mak

Tristan Mak serves as the Sr. Director and RevOps Group Lead at Pleo, where responsibilities include leading strategic projects to enhance growth, net revenue retention, and profitability across the customer lifecycle. Additional roles at Pleo include Director of Strategy for the SMB domain and Strategy Principal for Market Expansion, successfully launching Pleo in 10 new countries within 10 months. Tristan is also a community member of 2hearts, focused on empowering diversity in Europe's tech economy. Previous experience includes key positions at Bird during its IPO, strategic operations at Pulse, and investment banking at Goldman Sachs, where over $3 billion in funding was raised. Tristan holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Bath, and completed certifications from the CFA Institute and The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
