Fedor Shchudlo

Fedor Shchudlo has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Fedor started their career in 2007 as a .NET Developer at ElectroKomplektService, where they worked on an internal enterprise system. Fedor then joined BrokerKreditservice where they implemented modules in a distributed enterprise system. In 2010, they joined DoubleGIS as a .NET Developer, working on an internal enterprise system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

In 2012, Fedor joined GSS-Soft as a .NET Team Lead, where they built a team and worked on a cross-platform client-server solution providing educational media content. After that, they worked at True Engineering as a .NET Team Lead, contributing to the development and architecture design of an enterprise ecosystem for an airline.

In 2019, Fedor joined TUI as a .NET Team Lead, playing a crucial role in the automation of the company's activities and leading a team in various tasks including software development, architecture design, and communication with the business. Currently, Fedor serves as a Java Team Lead at Plesk, where their story is just beginning.

Throughout their career, Fedor has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, software development, architecture design, process improvement, and communication with the business.

Fedor Shchudlo obtained a Magister degree in Engineering science in economics from Novy Sibirskiy Institut (NSI) from 2003 to 2008. In addition, they have received certifications in "Public speaking" from "Man of their word" public speaking school in 2020, Extended Kanban System Design from Kanban University in 2020, training on working with the audience and conveying ideas from Anna Babich in 2019, UX&UI Design from Britanskaya Vysshaia Shkola Dizaina in 2016, and MCSD: Web Applications from Microsoft in December 2015.
