Cecilie Kruse

Cecilie Kruse is a seasoned Senior Project Manager specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) at Plesner since December 2020, having previously served as Project Manager M&A at the same firm. Prior to this, Cecilie led the M&A team at Better Collective, successfully managing multiple projects and engaging with external stakeholders. Cecilie’s career includes experience as a Tax Consultant and Assistant Consultant at PwC Danmark and The Danish Consulate General, respectively, where strong problem-solving and client service skills were demonstrated. Academic credentials include a Cand.merc.(jur.) in business law and economics, and a BSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by international studies in law and economics at California State University, Northridge.
