Emil Jurcenoks

Emil Jurcenoks provides advice in marketing and consumer law, IP law as well as general disputes and litigation.

Emil is the leader of Plesner's Marketing and Consumer Law team providing advice in all areas of marketing and consumer law, including in the organization of marketing initiatives and conflicts between traders or with authorities.

Emil also provides advice within IP law, with a particular focus on copyright, design law, trademark law and trade secrets, as well as conflicts and litigation in the area, with which Emil has extensive experience, including from his time as a clerk in the Supreme Court in 2012-2015 and the Supreme Court. and the Commercial Court (Denmark's IP court in the first instance).

Emil is also involved in general disputes and litigation.

Emil finally provides counseling and handles disputes in the field of media and press law.
