Henrik Laursen

Henrik Laursen is a partner in our Corporate Finance team focusing on transactions, including capital market transactions, corporate transfers, venture capital investments and strategic investments.

Henrik is continuously involved in IPOs, takeover bids, rights issues, directed issues, negotiated transactions, public and private M&A transactions and venture capital investments. In addition to dealing with transactions, Henrik provides advice on ongoing information obligations and corporate governance to a number of global companies.

Henrik has completed transactions with a total value of more than DKK 50 billion. and has been involved in a number of the largest Danish capital market transactions, including the IPOs of Netcompany, Nets, ISS and Scandinavian Tobacco Group as well as the takeover bids at Topdanmark and Nørresundby Bank. In addition, Henrik has extensive experience in cross-border capital market transactions, including, for example, the US stock exchanges of Forward Pharma A / S and Zealand Pharma A / S (both at Nasdaq Main Market, NYC) and the stock exchange listing of Nordic Waterproofing Holding A / S at Nasdaq Stockholm.

Henrik is active in a number of industries, but has a special focus on the technology and life science sectors as well as advising financial institutions.
