Søren Lehmann Nielsen

Søren Lehmann Nielsen is a partner in our tax and tax team. Søren advises companies, authorities, foundations, associations, pension funds and private individuals on tax and tax matters.

Søren brought his first case to the Supreme Court almost 20 years ago and has since represented clients for all Danish courts. He is a highly respected litigator of all types of tax and tax litigation and is currently dealing with a number of major transfer pricing cases.

Søren is recognized as a tax specialist in Chambers, Legal 500 and World Tax.

As a member of the board of directors of the Danish Tax Attorneys and of the Danish Lawyers 'Committee on Tax Law, Søren contributes to comment on draft legislation and the tax authorities' control signals. Søren is also the Vice President of the Copenhagen Bar Association and a member of the Supervisory Board in the Danish branch of the International Fiscal Association.
