Thomas Holst Laursen

Thomas Holst Laursen is a partner in our Corporate Finance team. Thomas has extensive experience in handling large, complex transactions in private and public corporate transfers, capital market transactions (IPOs, etc.) as well as transactions involving financing through other convertible securities, bonds and securitization.

Thomas has been active in all transaction areas in a variety of sectors. Clients include private equity and venture funds, investment banks, listed companies and international clients operating in Denmark.

In addition to dealing with transactions, Thomas also advises boards on ongoing board work, including in relation to information obligations and good corporate governance.

Thomas has worked with cross-border / international transactions throughout the world.

In recent years, Thomas has been mainly active in the pharmaceutical industry and in the energy and financial sectors.
