Joe Hoffman

Joe Hoffman has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as an IT Help Desk Technician at MNP Corporation. In 2012, they worked at Best Buy as a PCHO Sales Consultant, specializing in Mobile Broadband and Apple products. From 2013 to present, Joe has been with Plex, by Rockwell Automation, where they have held multiple positions including Senior Business Development Representative, Team Lead for Discrete and Process Manufacturing, Manager of Sales Development, and currently as a Senior Manager of Sales Development. In their roles at Plex, Joe has been responsible for hiring and coaching sales teams, implementing business processes, creating training programs, and achieving pipeline contribution targets.

Joe Hoffman received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Walsh College, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. In June 2023, they obtained a LeanData Routing Certification from LeanData.
