Program Manager - Interoperability at PLEXIS Healthcare Systems

Mark Sullivan has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Mark started their career as a Development Team Lead at Open Access Technologies while studying at Brigham Young University. Mark then served as an Assistant and later Manager at Open Access Technologies, where they managed the company's open-access publishing platform. Afterward, they worked as an Instructor in the Information Systems Department at Brigham Young University.

In 2007, Mark joined Computer Lab Solutions as a Director of Development, where they were responsible for leading the development of new products and managing a distributed development team.

In 2009, they transitioned to Fleet Ventures as a Business Analyst and Operations Manager.

Later, Mark joined the Calit2 Center for Wireless Population Health Systems as a Systems Development Manager. In this role, they oversaw the technical aspects of healthcare intervention studies using mobile technologies and coordinated collaborations with various stakeholders.

Most recently, Mark worked at PLEXIS Healthcare Systems as a Senior Project Manager and later as a Program Manager - Interoperability. In these roles, they managed multiple projects, implemented complex integrations, and led strategic planning efforts to support interoperability objectives and revenue growth.

Mark Sullivan completed their education at Brigham Young University, where they earned both their B.S. in Business Management and their M.S. in Information Systems Management. Mark studied Business Management and Information Systems during their undergraduate degree, and focused specifically on Information Systems for their master's degree. Additionally, Mark Sullivan obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
