Edward Hujber

Senior Scientist at Plexium

Edward Hujber has worked in a variety of roles in the scientific field since 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Research Technician at the University of Pittsburgh in the Chen Lab and an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Grabowski Lab. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher and Graduate Research Assistant in the Jorgensen Lab at the University of Utah School of Biological Sciences. In 2015, they were a Teaching Assistant at the Marine Biological Laboratory, providing hands-on training of students in numerous advanced techniques for electron microscopy sample preparation and imaging, and mentoring students through 2 week intensive projects. In 2021, they began working at Plexium as a Scientist I and Scientist II.

Edward Hujber completed their Bachelor's Degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology and Spanish Language and Literature at the University of Pittsburgh between 2006 and 2010. Edward then went on to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biology from the University of Utah in 2020.
