Bob Roberts

Bob Roberts is currently the COO at Plexos. Bob has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. Bob has held various leadership positions at AECOM, Brown & Root Industrial Services, LLC, CB&I, and Shaw Group.

Bob Roberts began their career as a structural engineer at Sigma Consulting in 1995. Bob then moved to SJB Group in 1998 where they worked as a senior structural engineer. In 2000, they began working at Coastal Protection & Restoration Authority as a senior project manager for coastal engineering.

In 2007, Bob Roberts joined Shaw Group as the director of coastal engineering. Bob then became the director of ports & harbors in 2009. In 2011, they left Shaw Group to join CB&I as the vice president of coastal, ports & marine.

In 2015, Bob Roberts left CB&I to join Brown & Root Industrial Services, LLC as the vice president of global ports, coastal & offshore infrastructure. In 2017, they joined AECOM as the senior vice president of emergency response and recovery. In 2018, they became the managing director of gulf coast development.

Bob Roberts has been instrumental in the development and growth of many companies throughout their career. Bob is a highly respected leader in the engineering and construction industry.

Bob Roberts attended executive education courses in strategic sales at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Bob also holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Louisiana State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Louisiana State University.

Bob Roberts reports to David Odom, President & CEO. Bob Roberts works with Dennis González - Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, Ray Werline - CIO, and Paul Rainwater - Principal & Chief Strategy Officer.
