Jeffrey S. Miller, CHMM, is a Principal Scientist at Plexus Scientific since September 2023. Previously, Jeffrey S. held the title of Lead Environmental Analyst at ICF from February 2020 to August 2023. With experience starting at Apex Companies, LLC as a Staff Scientist/Industrial Hygienist, followed by roles at Dominion Virginia Power as a Chemist, Jeffrey has developed a strong background in environmental science. Jeffrey S. graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Science from Virginia Tech in 2002.
