Alen Nocajevic

Alen Nocajevic has a background in human resources and organizational knowledge management. As the Head of Technology and Growth at Plexus Tech, Alen is responsible for strategy, talent acquisition, new business development, and innovation. Prior to this, Alen worked in various roles at the European Central Bank, Hotelbeds Group, and Kempinski Hotels. Alen holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Organizational Knowledge Management from the University of Ljubljana. Their experience spans across talent acquisition, HR analytics, and project management.
