Zeo Niu

Zeo Niu is an accomplished comedy writer currently working at Netflix Games since February 2024. Since 2014, Niu has owned Localize Lab, focusing on localization services. Experience includes roles as a subtitle originator and translator for VICE Media from March 2018, producing Chinese-English subtitles for VICE HBO News, and as a film reporter for Movie View magazine, covering major film premieres and releases in China. Niu has also worked as a subtitle translator for Plint, a stand-up comedian since July 2015, and has held various positions in news production, research, and post-production from 2011 to 2015. Educational background includes studying at Upright Citizens Brigade and Second City Hollywood, and obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in History from Harbin Normal University.
