Lior Weintraub

Lior Weintraub is a Senior Software Engineer at Pliops since January 2022, specializing in firmware development for the XDP product, which enhances data access to SSD disks in data centers. Prior to this role, Lior served as a Senior SW/HW Engineer at Samsung Electronics from October 2002 to January 2022, focusing on firmware design and implementation for CMOS sensors in mobile phone cameras, along with hardware debugging and bring-up. Lior also held the position of Field Application Team Leader at ART - Advanced Recognition Technologies from October 1999 to October 2002, where significant improvements in voice recognition integration were achieved, along with the development of low-level flash drivers. Earlier experience includes working in the application team at Mul-T-Lock from September 1992 to August 1997, providing electronic locking solutions and customer training. Lior holds a BENG degree in Electronics and Computer Science from Robert Gordon University, completed between 1997 and 1999.
