Jim Honchul has extensive experience in the maintenance field, currently serving as the Regional Maintenance Trainer at PLK Communities since May 2014. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Maintenance Director at TGM Communities from August 2001 to May 2013. Throughout this career, Jim has developed a strong background in maintenance operations and training within the property management industry.
