Kevin Forste

Kevin Forste has extensive experience in maintenance roles, currently serving as Maintenance Lead and previously as Maintenance Technician at PLK Communities since December 2016. Prior to this, Kevin held the position of Maintenance Technician at Flaherty and Collins from August 2011 to December 2016, as well as at PMR Companies from August 2011 to August 2012. Kevin also worked as a Maintenance Technician at Village Green from June 2007 to August 2011 and began a career in maintenance at Aimco Apartment Homes, where responsibilities included both Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Technician roles from June 1998 to June 2007. Kevin is a graduate of Deer Park High School.
