Joe Fanelli

Joe Fanelli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mortgage originations, asset management, and process improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Connected Services at PLM Trailer Leasing since June 2018, Joe previously held multiple leadership roles at PHH Mortgage, including Vice President of Mortgage Originations, where oversight of a 400-person team was a key responsibility. Joe played a crucial role in loan processing, underwriting, and operations management for major bank clients. Additionally, as Vice President of Lean Six Sigma, Joe led initiatives focused on continuous improvement. Prior experience includes significant contributions as the Asset Management and Lease Portfolio Leader at GE Capital, managing a $1 billion trailer leasing portfolio and overseeing a Six Sigma program aimed at enhancing customer operations. Joe has also served in various roles at GE, including project development and financial management. Joe holds a BS in Finance and English from Providence College.
