Hira Laksamana

Hira Laksamana has extensive experience in finance and human resources, currently serving as the Finance and HR Director at ICON+ since December 2021. Prior to this role, Hira held the position of Finance Director - CFO at Mandiri Capital Indonesia from July 2015 to December 2021, a subsidiary of Bank Mandiri. Hira's career at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. spanned from June 2010 to June 2015, including roles as VP of Capital Investment & Subsidiaries Management and VP of Strategy and Performance Group. Earlier experience includes serving as VP of Credit Card & Mass Market Business Planning Head at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk., and roles as a Credit Analyst at ANZ and Auditor at KPMG Indonesia. Hira holds multiple qualifications, including an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Trisakti, complemented by education from prestigious institutions such as SDA Bocconi, University of Cambridge, and IE Business School.
