Johan Berhin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design, business development, and sustainable practices since the mid-1990s. Currently serving as Partner and Leap manager at Plockhugget and as Designer and Founder of Biodiversity Panelling, Johan focuses on climate action and biodiversity through forestry initiatives. As the main owner and Board Member of Green Furniture Concept, which has grown to be a global leader in sustainable placemaking furniture, Johan has played multiple roles including Designer, Founder, and Chairman of the Jury for the Green Furniture Award. Prior to their current endeavors, Johan founded BERHIN Studios, worked in various design roles, and held managerial positions at notable companies, contributing significantly to product development and industrial design across diverse sectors. Johan holds multiple degrees in Industrial Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from prestigious institutions.
