Johan Mikaelsson

Johan Mikaelsson has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Johan is currently serving as the VP Business Unit Inline & Group Technical support at Plockmatic Group since June 2021. Prior to this, Johan worked at OKI Europe Ltd as the Head of Channels Sales Nordics from March 2018 to December 2020, where they managed a Nordic Indirect business and Telesales covering approximately 600 partners with a focus on application-oriented solutions into different industry verticals. Johan has also worked as the Co-Owner of Drone Patrol from March 2017 to May 2018 and served as the Chairman/Deputy chairman of the Board for Spånga Hockey at Spånga IS Ishockeyklubb from May 2015 to May 2017. Johan has held various positions at Konica Minolta, including Interim Sales Director in 2016 and at Xerox Sverige AB, where they served in multiple roles such as Nordic Annuity Director GCO, Director Graphic Communications Operations, Director Go-To-Market & Business Efficiency, Marketing Director Production Nordic, Sales Director Production, Marketing Director Production Nordic, Planning & Program Manager, PSG & OSG Country Manager, Production Solutions Group Country Manager, and Production Solutions Group National Account Manager between 1997 and 2016. Before that, Johan worked at SEMA Group (now CGI) as a Key Account Manager from 1993 to 1996, at Compunite Datakraftförmedling (now CGI) as a Key Account Manager and Market Executive in 1992, and at DAFA Data AB (now CGI) as a Key Account Manager from 1990 to 1991.

Johan Mikaelsson attended Stockholm University, where they pursued various fields of study. In 1985, they obtained a B.Sc. in Business Administration & Economics. Johan also studied Statistics at the university. In addition, they completed a course in Conflict Resolution (Att hantera konflikter i arbetslivet) and another in Tax Law (Skatterätt) in 2021 and 2015, respectively. Johan also received a Projektledarutbildning from IBM Skolan and attended SPÅNGA GYMNASIUM, though no specific degrees or field of study were mentioned for these institutions.
