Isabela Gaiardo Carneiro

Isabela Gaiardo Carneiro started their work experience in 2018 as an intern in Planning Demand and Sales Operations at Lenovo. Isabela worked there until 2020. In 2020, they joined Ploomes as an Implementer and worked until 2021. Isabela then transitioned to the role of Solutions Architect and worked until December 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Onboarding at Ploomes, starting in January 2022.

Isabela Gaiardo Carneiro pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning with their Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering at ESEG - Faculdade do Grupo Etapa from 2016 to 2020. Following that, they enrolled in the Executive MBA program at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2022 and is expected to complete it in 2023. Their focus of study within the MBA program is in Management with an emphasis on Leadership and Innovation.
