Valeria Dal Bem

Valeria Dal Bem has diverse work experience in the areas of customer success, sales, and project management. Valeria started their career as an intern in customer success at Ploomes in March 2021 and continued in the company as a Customer Success Account Manager from February 2022. Prior to that, Valeria worked at Principia Júnior, where they held various roles including Trainee de projetos from May 2020 to November 2020, Trainee de vendas from September 2020 to December 2020, and Coordenadora de vendas from January 2021 to May 2021.

Valeria Dal Bem obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo. Aside from their formal education, they have also obtained additional certifications in various subjects. In August 2020, they completed the "Foundational Principles of Leadership" course from Harvard University. In June 2020, they obtained the "White Belt Lean Six Sigma" certification from Brains Desenvolvimento Profissional. In May 2020, they completed the "Empreendedorismo" course from Senai São Paulo and the "Introdução ao tema da liderança" course from FGV Online.
