Tamar kassoff

Tamar Kassoff has a strong background in growth marketing and user acquisition. Tamar currently holds the position of VP of Growth Marketing at Plooto, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Tamar worked at Varo Bank as the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing, where they led overall company growth and acquired 6 million new customer accounts. Tamar also managed a significant annual working media budget and developed the vision, strategy, and tactics for Varo's rapid growth. Before Varo Bank, Tamar worked at CareZone as the Director of User Acquisition, where they developed and managed strategic acquisition initiatives and identified new channels and networks to decrease the cost of acquisition. Tamar also has experience at Matomy, where they held roles such as Director of Paid Media and Paid Media Team Leader, overseeing media buying, optimizing campaigns, and providing managerial guidance and training. Tamar began their career at Halman-Aldubi Group, where they worked as a Credit and Foreign Analyst, analyzing credit data and financial statements for public companies. Additionally, Tamar worked at Adquant as a Facebook Campaign Manager, managing real money and social gaming campaigns.

Tamar Kassoff has a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Reichman University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
