Cwpc Katie Milligan

Katie Milligan began their career as a Crew Member at Firehouse Subs and worked their way up to the position of Director of Guest Services. Katie transitioned to Public Library of Science (PLOS) as an Associate Director, where Katie leads the Customer Care team and established a new department to support the organization and its external community. Katie's experience in customer service and leadership roles has been instrumental in delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
