Khader Almhdawi is an accomplished academic and editorial professional with extensive experience in the field of Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation. Currently serving as an Editor for PLOS ONE and as a Professor at Jordan University of Science and Technology since September 2011, Khader oversees the academic teaching and clinical training of students in physical dysfunctions. Research areas include neurorehabilitation, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, occupational stress, and online medical education. Additional roles include Associate Editor for Health and Quality of Life Outcomes and membership on various editorial boards. Khader holds a PhD in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Minnesota, complemented by an MSc in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University and a BSc in Occupational Therapy from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
