Brian Johnson

Brian Johnson is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Sr Director of Operations at PLS Financial Services since June 2019, Johnson previously held the position of VP at Marine Credit Union from January 2018 to June 2019. Prior to that, a consulting role in business development was undertaken at Business Development & Management from November 2015 to December 2017. Johnson has a notable tenure at PLS Financial Services from July 2006 to October 2015 as Chief Operating Officer and SVP of Field Operations, overseeing operations across nine states and approximately 350 retail financial service stores. Earlier career experience includes serving as Regional Director of Operations for Advance America in Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois from May 1998 to July 2006. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Northern Iowa, earned between 1991 and 1995.
