Rima Patel

Rima Patel has a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory affairs. Rima started their career in 2010 as a Food Safety Auditor & Microbiology Lab Technician at Rutgers University. In 2011, they joined Flying Food Group as a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Technician. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Symrise as a Regulatory Affairs Consumer Health Specialist. In 2015, they joined Azelis as a Regulatory Affairs & Scientific Support Manager. Then, in 2017, they joined PLT Health Solutions, where they held various roles including Quality Assurance Manager, Director Of Quality, and currently serves as the Vice President of Quality.

Rima Patel has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University. Rima also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University. In addition to their degrees, Rima has obtained various certifications including the FSPCA Foreign Supplier Verification Program, FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCQI), Food Defense Awareness, NOAA Seafood and HACCP, and Servsafe.
