Meghan is the Mindfulness Instructor at PLT4M, responsible for spearheading the mindfulness series which teaches students social emotional learning, stress management, gratitude, compassion, and more. Each lesson is guided by Meghan, taking students through movement, a focus topic, and a time to practice mindfulness. Outside of the PLT4M office, Meghan runs her own business called Awake Minds and enjoys meditating, doing yoga, and hanging out with her dog.
