Pradeep Sharma

Pradeep Sharma currently serves as the Head of Sourcing and Category at Pluckk, overseeing the sourcing of fresh fruits, vegetables, and frozen food, along with managing P&L, supply chain, and end-to-end operations since September 2023. Prior to this role, Pradeep held the position of DGM e-commerce at Reliance Retail, where responsibilities included overseeing business operations in South India, last-mile delivery, and category management. With extensive experience in the retail sector, Pradeep has also worked as National Category Manager at Spencer's Retail Limited, Sourcing Manager at Future Consumer Limited, and various operational roles at Walmart. Educational qualifications include an Executive Development Program in Strategic Management from XLRI-VIL Programs and a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner, along with a Master's in Agriculture from RBS College.
