Emilio Fuertes

Emilio Fuertes has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Emilio began their career at Deloitte in 2001 as a Manager, where they stayed for 12 years until 2013. Following this, Emilio joined UNOPS as a Sharepoint Team Lead from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they moved to vBote Innovation, where they served as a Project Manager until 2019. Emilio then joined UNOPS again in 2017 as a Project Manager Associate until their recent role change in 2019. Emilio is currently working as the Application Development Director at Plug and Play Tech Center.

Emilio Fuertes attended Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 1996 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniero de Telecomunicaciones with a specialization in Telematica.

In addition to their formal education, Emilio Fuertes has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the "Continuous Delivery with Azure DevOps" and "Public Speaking Foundations" courses from Lynda.com. In 2018, they obtained the "DevOps Foundations: Containers" certification from the same institution. In 2016, Emilio Fuertes achieved the "Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)" certification from Scrum.org. Prior to that, in 2014, they became a "Microsoft Certified Professional Developer" certified by Microsoft. Lastly, in 2013, they completed the "PRINCE II Practitioner Professional" certification provided by APMG-International.
