Gabrielle Valerie Basuki

Gabrielle Valerie Basuki is a food technologist intern at Oobli, leveraging previous experience as an undergraduate research assistant at the Delarue Sensory Lab at the University of California, Davis. With a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from the same institution, Gabrielle has held various internships, including research and development roles at Chobani and nutpods, and a food science/sensory science internship at Davis Sensory Institute. Gabrielle also founded Nutreats, creating the first plant-based yogurt in Surabaya, Indonesia, and has experience in production planning and quality control from internships at PT Bumi Menara Internusa and PT Sekar Bumi, Tbk.
