Jasmin Taypan

Jasmin Taypan has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Jasmin started their professional career in 2018 as a Designer and Illustrator for WORD at UC Santa Barbara, where they assisted students and faculty members with printing and document preparation using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. Jasmin also gained hands-on experience in laser cutting, 3D printing, and modeling during this role. In 2019, Jasmin became the Swim School Manager at Santa Barbara Aquatics, where they exhibited effective interpersonal and communication skills in working with customers and coworkers. Jasmin created an efficient class schedule, redesigned swim class curriculum in response to COVID-19 requirements, conducted group and private swim lessons, and maintained the company's online presence through social media platforms. Currently, Jasmin holds the position of Operations and Events Coordinator at Plug and Play Tech Center, a role that started in 2022.
