Leon Maginski

Leon Maginski is currently serving as an Open Innovation Analyst at Plug and Play Tech Center since March 2023, where responsibilities include strategizing innovation, designing governance structures, and executing innovation processes. Previous roles include working as an Open Innovation Service Consulting Working Student and Open Innovation Service Consultant Intern, both focused on ideation, conceptual design, and execution of innovation processes. From September 2022 to March 2023, Leon contributed to connecting startups with business departments at Mercedes-Benz AG in the Open Innovation and Customer Insights role. Additional experience includes positions in digital marketing and customer relations at Brainority Software GmbH and as a marshal at Golfclub Schönbuch. Leon also has experience with events and sponsorship at Mercedes-Benz Australia. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Betriebswirtschaft with a focus on marketing at Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart, Leon has an educational background from Schönbuch-Gymnasium Holzgerlingen.
